4. Documentation:

Gather all relevant documents requested by your estate agent and legal representative.

5. Marketing:

Leave this to us! We will create a compelling listing with high-quality photos/videos. Utilize online platforms, social media, and traditional methods to reach potential buyers.

6. Viewings:

Our estate agency will schedule property viewings for interested buyers and highlight key features to show off your property.

7. Negotiations:

Be prepared for offers and negotiate terms. Your estate agent will take the lead in this to take the stress off your hands.

8. Acceptance:

Once you accept an offer in writing. Both parties will instruct conveyancing solicitors to start the legal process.

9. Legal Representation:

Instruct a conveyancing solicitor to communicate with the Buyer’s solicitor to ensure any enquiries are answered and assist with the legal transfer of the property. They will review all necessary documents for signing, request payments from the Buyer’s solicitors to help you sell the property.

10. Appraisal:

The Buyer’s lender may order an appraisal to ensure the property’s value aligns with the loan amount.

11. Finalise Details:

Cancel utilities, transfer services, and handle any remaining details tied to the property and move out.
