I transitioned to a Buy to Let mortgage specialist in 2001, and by 2007, I had established myself as an Independent Financial Adviser. Leveraging my extensive experience as a portfolio landlord, I bring added value to investor landlords seeking advice on Buy to Let, commercial finance, and insurance. My approach is rooted in providing simple, straightforward advice and maintaining excellent communication practices, ensuring that each client feels fully supported throughout the process. I take pride in my friendly and approachable style, which, combined with a long track record of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, has led to regular client recommendations that constitute over half of my business. Currently residing in Cardiff and partially in West London, I continue to serve clients across the UK through telephone, Zoom, and our online client portal system. Over the past 18 years, I have built long-standing client relationships with numerous estate agencies in West London, Southwest England, and South Wales, specializing in various types of mortgages and insurance. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, walking, and have a passion for good food and drink. I delight in preparing meals for family and friends, and I always prioritize kitchen space and outdoor barbecue potential when evaluating new properties.
